-If a bill of lading is issued for the customer’s order and then requests a cancellation or return of the order, the customer will bear the shipping fees shown in the invoice. Shipping amount (29 riyals)
- If a return is requested for the second time, a shipping fee (29 riyals) will be charged to the customer
-If you pay upon receipt or pay upon receipt by card, a discount on the payment upon receipt fee of 12 riyals will be added in the event of a return.
- Orders are being processed/if there are unavailable parts, they will be canceled and the amount refunded within 14 working days
